Shipping

Q: Can I get my order sooner than the Standard 5 to 7 days?
A: Yes, we understand that there will be times when you need your order quicker. Please call or email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that Basic Shipping is Free; therefore, anything other than that will be assessed a shipping fee. For international orders please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we currently ship to over 200 countries with our partner SkyBox Checkout, Inc. Please refer to our International FAQ for a complete list of countries.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, once you place your order we are unable to cancel your order. If you receive the order and you still decide you do not want the purchase, simply contact us at customercare@dublinhouseboutique.com or call 1-888-434-3088 (between the hours of 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday). Q: Can I change my shipping option/ address after I have placed my order?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t amend your shipping option/address once you have placed your order.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We currently ship domestically through UPS/UPS Surepost. Enjoy Free US Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase necessary. There are times when we will offer additional shipping options for a limited period for a fee. If you need your item before 5 to 7 days, please contact us at customercare@dublinhouseboutique.com or call us at 1-888-434-3088 between the hours of 10 a.m. -5 p.m. Monday-Friday. A live representative is available until 3 p.m. Monday-Friday. Our international orders are shipped via SkyBox Checkout, Inc. Free Standard Shipping is offered to our international customers with orders totaling $250.00 (product cost only). My promotion code isn’t working. How do I apply it?
We are sorry that your promotion code isn’t working. It may not be working due to the following:
  • The promotion code has expired
  • Only one promotion code can be used per order
  • Promotion code may exclude certain products
  • Promotion code is not offered in your country

Q: What if I can’t find my size or an item I want is out of stock?
A: Unfortunately, if we are sold out of a size or a product we are unable to send this item to you unless it indicates “back order allowed”.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an online exchange. If you would like a new size or item, simply order a new one and a refund will be processed on the item you are returning if it is in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Q: What if I no longer want my order?
A: You have 15 days (US ONLY) from the date you receive the item(s) to return your item(s). Returns will only be accepted if all the original tags are attached and item(s) are in good condition (unworn/unwashed).
